Here’s 5 simple, quick and fun ways to wellbeing that we would like to share with you!
When out with your friends put all phones in middle of table & avoid using them (maybe even introduce a game were the first person who picks up their phone has to pay the bill)
Park your car away from the grocery shop and pick up a basket instead of a trolley (this maybe even make you spend less)
Take notice of how your colleagues are feeling or acting. A smile or a good morning can make a huge difference to someone’s day
Soduku/ puzzles / crosswords are a great way to keep the brain working
Give yourself at least 10 minutes ‘you time’ daily
