Role Summary:
The People & Culture Co-Ordinator will be a key driver behind the moments that matter in our employee journey, from the first interaction with a candidate to ongoing connection and growth. With a focus on seamless processes and meaningful experiences, you’ll support recruitment, onboarding, learning, engagement, communications, and innovation; all while keeping our people systems running smoothly. Main Responsibilities
- Bring in great people: Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment, helping us attract and hire talent who share our values.
- Welcome them well: Lead a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience that sets our people up for success from day one.
- Keep learning alive: Support training and development initiatives, track progress via our Learning Management System, and help nurture a culture of curiosity and growth.
- Keep us connected: Maintain and improve our HR systems, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and insightful.
- Spot what matters: Monitor absence trends and share insights to support employee wellbeing and attendance.
- Tell our story: Support with internal communications that keep our team informed, inspired, and connected across continents and time zones.
- Bring our culture to life: Help design and deliver engagement initiatives that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
- Think visually: Create engaging content and visuals (e.g., using Canva) to communicate initiatives in a way that’s fresh, clear, and fun.
- Explore what’s next: Be curious about new tools that could improve our People & Culture practices and support smarter ways of working.

Essential Criteria
- A recent graduate in HR or a related field, OR 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for people and workplace culture.
- A strong communicator—both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage and deliver work to a high standard against competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Confident in digital tools and curious to explore new technologies.
- A proactive, positive, problem-solving mindset.
Essential Criteria
- Experience using an HR or Learning Management System.
- Experience using digital and design tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Canva.
- Working towards or have completed a CIPD qualification, Level 3 or above.
