About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to join our small but agile marketing team at an exciting stage of growth. This is a newly created, global role with a clear mandate to strengthen and evolve our brand presence, drive demand, and support long-term commercial growth across key sectors and regions.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will have end-to-end ownership of product brand strategy within defined sectors, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activity. You will play a pivotal role in translating customer insight and market opportunity into impactful brand and lead generation strategies, working closely with Sales, Product, and wider marketing colleagues.
This role requires a creative yet commercially focused marketer who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, influencing stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing
- Build and strengthen brand presence through clear positioning, effective strategies, and compelling messaging across both offline and online channels.
- Develop and deliver lead generation campaigns aligned to company growth plans and sales targets, supporting business development across global markets.
- Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth, differentiation, and competitive advantage.
- Lead the development and communication of brand messaging across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and trade shows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Support, Sales, Creative, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency, relevance, and impact.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external agency relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
About You
You'll need to have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within a global manufacturing environment or similar industry.
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving demand generation in support of commercial objectives.
- Strong customer focus, with an appetite for understanding markets, customers, and sector dynamics.
- Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Creative flair and passion for developing compelling, memorable content.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, insights, and performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
- Experience operating across international markets.
- Fluent in a second language.
