About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and maximising on new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative belt conveying solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical acumen, and a proactive approach to sales and business development.

What you'll be doing
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and key industry trends.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strategic Planning: Translate company goals into actionable plans with clear timelines and performance metrics.
- Brand Awareness: Build brand awareness by leveraging social media channels and attending trade shows to represent the Company and engage with customers.
- Technical Expertise: Proactively develop technical knowledge of our products to be able to discuss product specifications with customers and offer tailored solutions to their problems.
- Problem Solving: Act as a problem solver for customers, addressing any issues with urgency and co-ordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Sales Operations: Generate quotations for customer enquiries, ensuring each quotation is followed up to maximise sales opportunities.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report on region performance, trend analysis, forecast analysis, and customer feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product development and innovation initiatives.
About You
You'll need to have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a sales role preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth.
- Ability to build long term customer relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- A natural problem solver with a result orientated mindset.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Software including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to travel internationally.
It would be great if you have:
- Educated to degree level in Engineering.
- Experience using CRM and ERP software.
