Abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere con Rachael per scoprire come sono stati i suoi primi mesi in SM e cosa la entusiasma del suo nuovo ruolo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Benvenuta, Rachael!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Come sono stati i tuoi primi mesi in Smiley Monroe?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sono stati mesi davvero interessanti per vedere dove vengono utilizzate le nostre cinghie, incontrare i nostri clienti e sperimentare come ciascuno dei nostri reparti lavori a stretto contatto per dare vita ai nostri prodotti. Sono gi\u00e0 in atto piani per sviluppare ulteriormente i nostri prodotti per la prossima generazione di opzioni intelligenti e sostenibili.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Come sapevi che questa fosse la strada giusta per la tua carriera?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi sono appassionato alle competizioni di ingegneria in giovane et\u00e0, il che mi ha mostrato un mondo di opportunit\u00e0 in cui si poteva progettare una soluzione per cos\u00ec tanti problemi. Ho cercato opportunit\u00e0 per saperne di pi\u00f9; il mio primo lavoro da adolescente \u00e8 stato nella ricerca sui materiali compositi. Queste esperienze e molte altre mi hanno confermato che studiare Ingegneria del Design Industriale era la strada giusta per me. Questo mi ha fornito le competenze per intraprendere una carriera nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di un'ampia gamma di prodotti.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quale parte del tuo ruolo ti entusiasma di pi\u00f9?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non vedo l'ora di sostenere la crescita di Smiley Monroe per un futuro intelligente e sostenibile. Sii sempre premuroso quando progetti, sfrutta le metodologie lean e ricordati di pensare a come verr\u00e0 realizzato.
