It's been five years since Smiley Monroe was incorporated in the USA. Our expansion into the US was centered on being closer to our US customers, enabling us to respond quicker and supply high quality products when you need them most. We're looking back on our 5 highlights over the past 5 years.

1. Opening our production center in Kentucky

We got the keys for our plant in Franklin, Kentucky back in 2019. The expansion enabled us to produce our belts in the USA for the first time. Now we’re proud to offer same day dispatch for our aftermarket customers across the country, keeping you moving.

2. Shipping out our first order - ZIP CLIP®

After getting the production center up and running we were excited to ship out our first order in April 2020. ZIP CLIP® has been one of the main drivers behind our success in the USA - enabling our customers to get back up and running in an hour or less if they breakdown. 

3. Growing our team

Starting out as a one man show with our Plant Manager, Morgan Walker, since then our team has grown considerably over the years!

4. ConExpo

It's one of the biggest shows in the schedule and our team were delighted to reconnect with customers and partners at ConExpo 2023, the first show since 2020!

5. ZIP CLIP® success in the US

ZIP CLIP® has seen sustained growth as an aftermarket product for our US customers across a range of industries. Last year we had the opportunity to meet with a ZIP CLIP® end-user customer and we were excited to find out how much ZIP CLIP® has transformed their operations, cutting their downtime from 36 hours to 3 hours or less.
