Gareth started his career at Smiley Monroe in 2017, joining as a Production Operative in the Belts Department. From the outset, Gareth demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, quickly establishing himself as a reliable and skilled member of the team.
Gareth was appointed as Production Trainer in 2019. In this role, he took on the responsibility of designing and delivering training programs for Belts employees. Gareth's dedication to ensuring that operatives had the necessary skills to excel in their roles significantly contributed to the department's success.
Gareth's talent for leadership and his commitment to continuous improvement did not go unnoticed. In 2023, he was promoted to Production Manager, a role in which he is now responsible for developing and implementing a production strategy across all production departments. Gareth's strategic vision, coupled with his hands-on experience, enables him to provide strong leadership, inspiring and motivating employees to achieve excellence.
