Customer Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is organised by SMILEY MONROE (“the Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility
    The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who complete the customer survey during the promotional period, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion.

Participation is subject to local laws and regulations. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entries from jurisdictions where promotional prize draws are restricted or prohibited.

  1. Promotional Period
    The survey and prize draw will open on 30th April 2026 and close at 5pm (British Summer Time BST) on Monday 18th May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
  2. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must complete and submit the customer survey during the promotional period.

Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  1. Prize
    Eligible participants will be entered into a random prize draw to win a gift voucher.
  • Winners based in the United Kingdom will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk voucher.
  • Winners based in the United States will receive a $50 Amazon.com voucher.
  • Winners in other eligible countries will receive an equivalent-value digital gift voucher, selected at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to local availability and applicable legal restrictions.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless required by law.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification
    Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

Winner(s) will be contacted via the email address provided within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy
    Any personal information provided in connection with this survey will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at: smileymonroe.com/privacy-policy/

Survey responses may be analysed in aggregate for research, reporting, and service improvement purposes.

Personal data will only be used for the administration of the survey and prize draw unless participants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

  1. Availability of Terms & Conditions
    These Terms & Conditions are made available to participants via a dedicated webpage linked within the survey invitation email.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, corrupted, or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

  1. Right to Amend or Cancel
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by applicable law.
  2. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, although mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply depending on the participant’s country of residence.
