As Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth journey. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, foster strong customer relationships, and collaborate across the business to deliver innovative solutions in belt conveying.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and key industry trends.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Translate company goals into actionable plans with clear timelines and performance metrics.
- Build brand awareness using social media channels and attending trade shows.
- Proactively develop technical knowledge to be able to discuss product specifications with customers and provide solutions to their problems.
- Generate quotations for customer enquiries ensuring each quotation is followed up to maximise sales opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product development and innovation initiatives.
- Manage new customer onboarding process ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Essential
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in business development preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth.
- Ability to build long term customer relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- A natural problem solver with a result orientated mindset.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Software including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to travel internationally.
Desireable
- Educated to degree level in Engineering.
- Experience using CRM and ERP software.
