Morgan Walker
Morgan ‘Man about Machines’ Walker spends lots of his time travelling Europe supporting new and potential customers with their technical requirements. Don’t let his laid back Fermanagh accent fool you, he’ll fix a problem for anyone at the drop of a hat. Read more about Morgan here.
Chris Jones: Head of R&D and Product Support
On the stand: All week
What Chris Jones doesn’t know about conveyors isn’t worth knowing. His sense of humour and quick wit is as renowned in the industry as his product knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Chris Monroe: Global Sales Director
On the stand: Mon – Sat
Chris joined the family business in 2013 after a career in law. He has overseen exceptional growth within the company in the last few years and is leading the team into an exciting new era as we expand our customer base in Europe and the USA.
Tim Monroe: Marketing Director
On the stand: All week
Tim is the creative genius behind Smiley Monroe’s infamous marketing campaigns. His former career in art direction is the perfect basis for putting on an exceptional trade show experience at Bauma. Call in to meet our life size ‘Giant of Belting’ and chat to Tim about all things marketing.
Ryan Wright: North America Sales Manager
On the Stand : Thurs – Sat
Ryan will be well known to our NI OEM customers as he spent a few years managing this region before taking on his new role as North America Sales Manager. Currently commuting back and forth to the states, Captain America as we call him, insists his new role is not as glamorous as it sounds. Stop by on the stand at Bauma and ask him how the jet lag is going.
Dave Mullan: NI Sales Manager
On the stand: Mon – Wed
Many of our local customers will know Dave well as he spent many years looking after sales in ROI before moving into his role as NI Sales Manager in 2017. Day to day he makes sure we’re servicing our NI OEM customers and delivering our products Just In Time.
Alicia McCann: Field Sales Exec 
On the stand: Thurs – Sat
Alicia has the glamorous role of looking after many of our local and ROI end user customers and can often be found in her hard hat and overalls carrying out site surveys or measuring a belt. She’s best known for her ability to get things done and solve problems for our customers.
Jeremy Cross: GB Sales Manager
On the stand: Mon – Wed
Approaching his 30th year with Smiley Monroe, Jeremy knows a thing or two about the industry and has many a story to tell. His product knowledge is second to none, but we call him ‘Mr Screens’ because of his superior knowledge all things screening media.
Georgia Kennedy: Marketing Assistant
On the stand: Mon – Wed
Georgia joined the company in July 2018 right after graduating. This is her first Bauma, but not her first trade show as she spent her placement year organising various events in the UK. Georgia is looking forward to getting her first ‘big picture’ view of the industry at Bauma and meeting more of our customers.
Aimee McCracken: Senior Marketing Executive
On the stand: All week
This is Aimee’s first Bauma and after spending many months planning the event you’ll likely find her fussing over stand tidiness and the minute details which make the Smiley Monroe expo experience a hit for visitors! Aimee is looking forward to meeting more customers and marketing colleagues at Bauma, so come grab a coffee and introduce yourself.
